Were you wearing your helmet and leather gear though so when you were riding a wheelie in your honda and wrecked that you would be ok? Oooopss. wrong thread… ---

Matt wasnt doing a wheelie. the next day we got hte real story. he was actually trying to switch lanes. so i was all accidental but yes they still didnt have helmets on. and them two not having helmets on has nothign to do with running stops signs. last time i check no helmets are legal… and running stop signs is illegal ---

alright, he gave you 3pts… 1. Fight it, with any luck he won`t show up. 2. If he does show up try and pull the broke college kid…say you can`t afford the insurance increase. 3. If that doesn`t work ask to be put on a payment plan for the actual fine.(if you didn`t have to pay it upfront to actually fight the ticket)…my friend paid $10 a month till his ticket was paid. —Sorry bout your luck man— ---
