Am I the only person that thinks people like you are retards? Edit: snip long agonizing paragraph. Not true, it is true in this state. You are legally able to file a police report for almost anything your little heart desires. I was in an accident where some old lady tapped me in the rear of my Celica, and there was no damage that I could visually detect, Hell, I couldn’t even see a scratch on the paint anywhere, and I still went to the corresponding police department and filed a police report, and this was less than 6 month’s ago. I told them that there was no visual damage that I could see, and they still filed the report because I told them I wanted it on record in case something was to arise as a result of this. The only thing they told me was that since there was no damage, I would have to fill out an incident report. They proceeded to give me a clip board with the report, and told me to fill it out, and they would file it away on record. This was less than 6 month’s ago… ---

morals? fuck you, 2 weeks ago i hit some kid’s bumper, scratched the paint and had to pay him fucking 300 dollars out of my own money beacuse my foot slipped off the brake while getting ice off my wipers, not to mention my insurance rates are 2400 dollars a yr becasue of fuck bags like u scamming insurance companies when theres no damage, i hope tomorow ur car gets run over by a semi and the only thing that survives is that god awful spoiler of urs. ---
