fuck irresponsible people. take your bike to the dealership, get an estimate, go to her insurance and profit. especially with hitting the rear tire you don’t want anything to get knocked around with the swing arm there.
plus if you really are hurting it could lead to problems down the road. my accident left me with a contusion in my left shoulder, and to this day it still tightens up and cracks whenever i lift things or work out.

I’m honestly not sure what to do…my back still hurts as well as a stiff neck…it’s a tinge better but what happens if it goes away and comes back and im sol because i took there measly 500$ that i think there offereing me
