brief overview…i bid on and won a copy of “knocked up” on **HD-DVD** on aug 20 i paid same day today in the mail i get a copy of knocked up standard def…i have never had a problem with ebay so i dont know how to handle this what should i do??? ---

did you contact the seller and let them know the problem? it could of been an innocent mistake ---

If paypal and it was funded by a credit card call your credit card company. Chances are they’ll fight the charge for you, but they’ll want to see you try to resolve it with the merchant first. ---

notify the seller and give it a week. if you get no response, alert paypal if you used them and tell them you contacted the seller and still no response after a week. give that a week. if they have no response, tell your bank to fight the charge. paypal will see that and then get into action. use this as a last resort tho. ---

paypal won’t do shit because it’s in their terms that they only fight if you don’t get anything. dispute with your credit card for the win, tell them the item was not as advertised. ---
