i highly doubt anything would happen, and the point of this thread was not to advertise how easily a UPS Store could and are being robbed. i jsut thought it was insanely funny that my boss thought that for $6.75 and hour, i should be fending off robbers. im sorry, id like to see at least $7.25 and hour before i do that. ---

They can’t do that… All that has to happen is they get robbed…you get your ass kicked because you did what your boss said and tryed to stop them…law suit… ---

any store i worked at said just give them money for your own saftey. i think the would just rather lose the ~$5xx dollars they have in the drawwer or face a huge law suit over a hurt employe. ---

if your boss is that worried, and you have an in store safe, just do a couple drops a day, like anytime the drawer gets \>$300 or so. ---

o andy by the way, he told me to put the money somewhere other than the safe from now on. he never locks the safe anyway, so i was like 'uh, y not just lock the safe?" his answer: “because they’ll just take the safe” i mean, just any1 can pick up a 500 lb safe and walk out with it and not look the least bit suspicious, right? ---
