the 360 is getting content updates according to a bigwig (lazlow) at rockstar… the PS3 isn’t.
he said around the end of summer, there will be new missions/weapons/cars/characters/etc… nothing planned for the ps3 though

My only reason for saying ps3 is because the 360 is always broken.
Kinda wish i didnt sell my 360, funny after I sell it I end up getting back into gaming about 5 months later.

umm no one is putting it on the shelves early, they get in big trouble doing that, so to answer your question, if u get caught on live you get banned, plain and simple

They’ll ban first, and if you want to try the “story XYZ just had it on the shelf early” you better be prepared to provide a valid receipt showing your purchase if you want your console unbanned.
