Doesn’t surprise me at all.

For the most part (there are exceptions to every rule), the operators that are out drilling the Marcellus shale in Western PA are respectable, prudent, experienced operators. There’s enough money coming out of these wells that it’s just bad business to try to cut corners. And when they have cut corners, they’ve been dealt with harshly.
