# grounding question.

What grounds run of the neg terminal? Just the body and the intake manifold right?, where would the engine block, the head , and the cylinder head grounds be located. Are the last 4 i just listed body grounds or are they off of the battery? thanks

IIRC the only things directly connected to the batteries (-) terminal are the starter and the engine block. Everything else is ground through there.

Battery Terminal —\> Chassis —\> Engine Block

The Starter, Injectors, Spark Plugs etc. get their ground  
through the Engine Block Ground. The Headlights, Stereo,  
Brake Lights etc. get their ground through the chassis.

there is a ground to head on the fire wall on driver side too.

But 95% of 240sx’s I have sceen have them broken or rusted off…
