Did you ever ask why we had a 127 Billion dollar surplus during his time in office? It was because he basically forced banks to lend money to people who normally wouldn’t have been able to get it. This stimulated the economy greatly in the short term. However, the failure was to see the long term effects. All of those people who took out loans and spent it were no longer paying the loans back. Sending the country sinking quickly into debt. You also realize Obama has spent countless more dollars than GWB correct?
