ok so 2001 gsr need a rebuild wheres a good place? ---

Synapse out of curiosity, why does ur 01 need a rebuild? what makes you think it needs a rebuild? ---

one of the pistons is fried…so i talked to inline and they suggested the rebuild ---

anywhere really can rebuild. Synapse seems like complete overkill for a straight forward thing like that. Lots of shops can do it for you such as Hunts. ---

or you can just get a bunch of people together, and have a rebuild party ---

So then step it up. Have ur block bored and honed. ITR pistons. It will bump ur compression up a lil bit. ull notice a lil bit of a difference. ---

Lots of shops can do it for you such as Hunts. don’t know why we would be overkill, we rebuild motors with oem components all the time. many of the race cars we build to oem specs because of their regulations. we have a b16 and a k20 type r for race cars we are building to oem specs in the shop right now. do you know the cause of the engine failure? is it a stock internals motor? stock ecu and fueling? wouldnt want the same thing to happen to the rebuilt motor. pm me if you want to talk about an oem rebuild or a higher performance motor if you’d like. ---
