I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure it would be BY accident, not ON accident. but anyway, I can’t imagine someone would really be that retarded, although I guess it is possible. my guess is he’s just bored and wants to see what people say… but if he really did this, he very well may be the dumbest person on earth and should not be allowed to own a bike. ---
