I am just trying to work out shipping information right now with Marc from IAP. Its a bit of a hassle but I am trying to do it so we can not pay customs in some way since thats a lot of extra money and will probably turn most people off the whole thing. Just to let you know, Marc from IAP has been a HUGE help in working with me on the logistics of this. We have sent tons of emails back and forth and he even replies way after hours which I think says something about his commitment to his company. _Also, an additional part added to the kit for SON users. A GReddy Type RS BOV will be added to our kits. sweeeeet_ I just want to let you all know that I have actually already purchased my kit. What can I say im too anxious. The good thing is my purchase will still be counted towards the numbers in the group buy. I cant wait to get it and we are going to use my kit as a guinea pig for whatever shippment process we decide on. ---

No battery relocation is required. As far as all you guys wanting pricing on certain things being removed from the kit, Marc from IAP has asked me to get you to email him individually so its easier to keep track of. He is a really nice guy and responds quickly so go ahead and email him with your questions. if you guys want the kit asap, just email the address i posted above and tell them you are from SON and explain what you want and they will sent you a paypal request payment for it. if you want to pay some other way, just email them to see whats available. ---

Price is still as it stands at the beginning of the thread. Not enough people are certain as of yet. Im still trying to work out shipping which is becomming a pain. They will ship to the US for free, so im trying to find a way to get it somewhere near the border and then simply driving over to get them. Save on shipping and customs. But that is proving to be a problem since I dont know anyone who lives down there and things like PO boxes are too small to hold multiple kits. Bing might have a solution in a few weeks time but im not certain as of yet. Right now im just trying to figure out how to get my one single kit to me as it will soon be ready for shipping. I will keep you guys posted. ---

Any updates yet on the shipping side of things? I’ll be emailing them soon to hook this up and want to know about shipping…should I just have them send it to me maybe and take the hit and be safe? I am sending my kit there under my friends name and ill see how things work out. While im down there to pick it up, I will talk to them about allowing us to send multiple kits there for a fee. If that doesn’t work, Bing might have something available for us. He should have access to a place to send things to in the US towards the end of the month, but we will have to wait and see on that. That is the update as it stands. ---

Are there no concerns with the border? They’re not going to want to see 7 turbo kits in a truck trying to sneak by without paying customs/duty…maybe i’m stating the obvious here but couldn’t there be a wee bit at stake if we go this route? Just a thought… ---

ya. its somewhat risky. but i might also have a way around that if the need arises. but for now im just trying to sort out the first leg of the trip. of course, you could always just pay for the extra shipping and customs. ---

FYI I will be buying the kit at your “group buy” reduced price shortly, probably within a week or so. After a trip to the States and some research etc, i’ve decided that I will have it shipped to my house and will pay the full amount needed to do so. I’ve wanted this kit for a long time and now I can finally do it. So Eric I thank you much for the hook-up! :thumleft: ---

You would have to talk to Marc from IAP and see if they would be interested. He was quite willing when I asked him about a group buy for SON so I dont expect it to be a problem. ---
