gremlin and Pacer were pretty ugly, but cool for the same reason. as for the matador, it looks like a musclecar built for nerds, IMO. ---

My mom actually loved her Pacer. I think she had a 1978 304. I think this stems from her love of her Hornet SC… Oh gosh I just brought it up and she went off on a tangent about how you could get the Concord with a “gucci” package. And a tidbit from Mother Goob–AMC planned to purchase rotary engines from GM, but GM got cold feet and didn’t produce them. If they had used a rotary engine, they would have been well balanced. Oh snap. ---

haha…one of my mom’s friends had an AMC Eagle when I was little. It was in a wreck and they put a 70’s Firebird front end on it. Still looked ugly. lol ---

1988 ford escort gt. Mine was lovingly referred to as the “Male Escort GT” in HS. Shit box, but it was a blast to drive. It broke down and I was given a 1990 Chevy Caprice Estate wagon, black with wood trim. This was referred to as “Wood4U”. ---
