# Gun discharging on your property laws?

Speaking of which, I want to expieremnt with some BP too, do you need a permit to get it a the local gun and tackel shops or just walk in and get a barrel of it? lol

I wanted to take some old expelled D sized model rocket engines and make some M80 with it.
