Thankfully I sold all my non complient guns sadly all I have right now is a red ryder bb gun and a pellet pistol… but on the brightside I used that money to submit my pistol permit and once that proccess is over im just buying hand guns for a while unless I find a good deal on another pump shotty. ---

Over the last 4 years it’s been 90% BS on the internet and the 10% truth that actually happened that should have been paid attention to got lost/washed away with the other BS and nobody paid attention. ---

Millions of guns sold in December alone. I hope the state plans to hire a ton more people to perform said research with all that extra cash they have. Armed people. Armed democrats actually. Come to think of it, why use the Fed data base, why not just pull all receipts, from say, Brian at American. That would be easier , although I can tell you he wouldnt just hand them over that easy either. ---

Well at least Republicans will finally get their revenge when they get to shoot at gun inexperienced Democrats coming for their guns. That’s a dream come true for many. Plus they fill find irony in killing anti gun people with a gun. ---

They’ve asked for receipts before, he has to give them to them… He malls them every receipt FYI… FBI gets every one. ---

Once a pallet gets full off it goes. This form is as good as receipt. It has all your info and the gun you bought. Yes that means transfers also I’ve been there when some one gets denied, the ATF will call minutes later after the guy leaves asking what he tryed to buy and the address he used… This doesn’t happen to all who get denied but I’ve seen t happen multiple times. This is just my knowledge through my good connections but yes all stores are obligated to submit every form… ---

Think of it like this. You buy a car, and every driver has to be “tested” to receive the car. On that test, the dealer records the type of car you’re asking to purchase and has to keep it on file, and send said file to a repository. DM\*V just has to write an application that contacts the “testing” system. Retrieve your information (including the paper copy sent to them that was scanned/entered alongside your test information) match it to their records of the car being put on the road. If it hasn’t been put on the road, another agency is automatically alerted of the mismatch. The application then automatically fills out the “case” and generates alerts to people that have to take manual action. Knock knock. It could even be as simple as car collector A has gone through 10 “tests” but only 1 car was registered… at that point they don’t even need to know what type of car it was (the paper submission with that information part) if they choose to play their cards that ways. All they know is at one or many points in time you NEEDED to be tested, so that car was at least once in your possession and you didn’t complete the process they are looking for you to do at that time. Type is irrelevant if they choose to run it that way. The only thing in the car collectors favor, are private sales while by the letter of the law said they SHOULD have been documented, but most weren’t… BUT those cars better not be on the premises if they are looking for one you were “tested” for or that’s a giant bonus for them if they are found. ---

So… owning unregistered firearm is the same as buying a car and never registering it from a private sale. You have it, and nobody knows you have it. If you bought a car from a dealer and never registered it they have it on record and if you take it out on the road and caught with it, you’re fined and the vehicle is impounded. Doesn’t sound like anything “extreme/totalitarian/fascist” to me, just sounds like a typical bureaucracy, whether I like it or not. No point in good door to door as eventually their policy will work. Then again since we are all technically criminals now, and laws don’t work on criminals we have nothing to worry about.
