Once a pallet gets full off it goes. This form is as good as receipt. It has all your info and the gun you bought. Yes that means transfers also I’ve been there when some one gets denied, the ATF will call minutes later after the guy leaves asking what he tryed to buy and the address he used… This doesn’t happen to all who get denied but I’ve seen t happen multiple times.
