From the sounds of it, this guy was just drunk and probably wandered to the top of this building. He may or may not have had intentions of jumping off when he went up there, but by the time he was done drinking his beer, it probably seemed like a good idea. ---

I’d be super pissed if they locked me in a building for a drunk guy on a roof. I would have tried to leave anyways… I have shit to do. ---

I’m curious where “high powered sniper rifle” and “gun” came from in this entire thing. Various people posted that is what the cops told them. ---

The cops are telling you there’s a guy with a rifle threatening to shoot people when they come out of the theater and you would have said, “oh fuck off, I’ve got a Viper I need to wax at home” and strolled out to your car. Sure buddy. I would have been pissed when I got home late and found out it was some unarmed drunk jackass though. ---
