# Guy shoots and injures cop in 1966, Guy serves 20 years. Cop dies 40 years later from

i can’t see him getting convicted on this. i see where the d.a. is coming from, but this seems like it’s a bit of a stretch, especially with all the other injury and medical history involved with the officer. plus the defendant is 71 and already served 20 years. i just don’t see this resulting in a conviction.
