From what I read it was distributed by a vaccine. Question is, was it merely a pharmaceutical R&D or was it biological weapons testing. How better to reduce population than to spread AIDS i.e\> fear of having sex i.e\> less children i.e\> sterilization i.e\> GENOCIDE
