darkstar, your company reminds me of a local hit company here in pittsburgh… Gardner’s Eye. just like your company, based on a more up-scale, customer service, client based company.

hell, based on her targeting audience she got a 6% return on her direct mailings she sent out, hope you can get that too! all she uses now is referrals from her best client. i don’t think she has lost any of her original clients and i think if you keep doing what you’re doing you’ll find it will continue to work.

:eek2: 6%! Holy shit. Average return on direct mail is between .5 and 1%. I’d kill for 6% return on my direct mailings.
