so this guy calls up bitching, has the phone on speakerphone for some reason. he reserved 3 rooms, and received a conformation letter stating that he had 1 room reserved. so he calls up to yell, saying that he had reserved 3 rooms… so i pull up his file, and it indeed says that he has 3 rooms. so he starts goin on and on and says in a super sarcastic voice “ok, well i tell ya what, ill just take my pencil here, and cross over where it says 1 room and put 3… whadda ya think of that?” to which i replied: me:Well sir, we mail out a conformation letter for each room you reserved. You didnt receive 3 letters? him:uhhhh wife in background: gerald, theres three letters here! him: shut your mouth bitch! her: what!?! fuck off! him: why you stupid cunt! …click 🤣 they sounded like they were rich old white folk too. ---
