Ever since losing my hair from cancer treatment, my hair has been thinning out, I have a receding hair line. I tried biotin which made my hair grow faster but not in the areas I needed it. I ended up getting more haircuts. I have been using the rogaine foam for a year now. For next hair cut, I will be asking the barber if she notices a difference. If she doesn’t notice a difference, I will start looking for hair doctors. Does anyone know the cost of getting hair treatment? ---

lol, searching the forums and found this thread. i’ve been taking a generic version of propecia. it says 1 a day and that it takes a few months to work… i’m several months in now and my hair has never been fuller in my life. I stretch the prescription out by about a third so $50 (cdn) lasts me like 3 months. if you stop for 2+ weeks you’re hair will start to thin and fall out again. I used to always have some hair in my hands after the shower… now, none. anyways, i highly recommend it 🙂 holy poop i feel old posting this. ---

@bing have you noticed any side effects? That stuff has a slew of common stuff. > impotence,loss of interest in sex, > trouble having an orgasm, > abnormal ejaculation, > swelling in your hands or feet, > swelling or tenderness in your breasts, > dizziness, > weakness, > feeling like you might pass out, > headache, > runny nose, or > skin rash. ---
