> i know this may sound dumb but you might wanna check if thats legal. i’m not sure if you have to be deemed handicapped to be able to use hand controls. i know sterring wheels noobs used to be illegal unless you were handicapped. A kid i played baseball with had a father that was a double amputee and the controls were easily removed when someone else had to drive the vehical. If you are injured in a fashion that is temporary, driving may not be in the best interest. a lot of people that use hand controls have been doing so and probably learned to drive a car that way. I’m sure its not the easiest thing to just learn like that especially if ur handicap is a recent injury.

tru…i 4got about that  …on my DL its marked driving equipment & automatic…and i learned to drive with this stuff too
