Well when they plead GUILTY to pulling a gun on me and robbing me (grand larceny) and the judge lets them off with PROBATION when they could of faced 8 years in jail… Kinda ruins your mood for the rest of the day. Anyways, getting this ticket taken care of for a mere $25. I’ll chalk it up as a win, sort of. ---

still 1st degree robbery, which is worse than larceny. (at least usually in the eyes of the court.) larceny is simply stealing. robbery is stealing through the use or implied use of force, usually with the use of a deadly weapon, (like a gun). both offenses are class b felonies, but the robbery first is more frowned upon, since it employs force or use of force. edit: regardless, this thread still sucks because you took pictures of you being illegally parked as your evidence, then you blame your court case, then you try to illegally use a handicapped parking pass, then it’s a taxpayer abuse issue. carry on. ---

Whether he meant it to be pointing out a type of person or a quality in a person it is still derogatory and viewed as racist in American society.
