# Hangers at the airport?

In my quest to find some space to store and do some work on the fleet and various friend’s fleets someone suggested that I look in to some hanger space at the airport. Anyone know anyone that does this or knows of a place I can get some more info?

You could try Corperate Air which is the 24 hour FBO at allegheny county in west mifflin. 412-469-6800, they don’t control the ariport but they may have a number to get a hold of some one like the airport maganger.
FYI, its going to be extrememly hard at an airport unless its privatly owned and small to get hanger space. Especially at an airports like AGC - Allgheny County Airport, AFJ - Washington County Airport, and so forth. Especially with all the se4curity regulations. I know for a fact to get on the tarmac at AGC you have to have a photo ID and gate card now.
Edit- Our AC-U-Kwik doesn’t have the airport manager’s number listed which is odd.

do you need a lot of room… i know that a few of my friends got like 2-3 car garages for less then, or around 100.00 a month(including elec.)

Thanks SnS - when I pressed the people I know for details they could not give me any. It sounded kind of shady to me, but figured I would not totally dismiss it. Thanks for the info, I’ll call later just to give them something to laugh about.

Probably kind of far but I know Beaver County airport has hanger space available. I don’t know what their rental policys are. I just know there are empty hangers. My company is doing the site plan for their new tarmac and access road. Beth LaValle is who you would want to speak with I think.
