had a 88 z24 2.8 five speed with 144k :kekegay:

never once broke the 6 months i had it :blue:

i had the 88 beretta GTU 2.8 5spd. clutch went at 88k tranny went at 100k and i unloaded it at 104k I didn’t give the motor a chance to break.

what you think pewter? how much you think its worth? i found some stuff in the bargain hunter so im gonna call today. doesnt tlook like there would be a whole lot tied up in fixing it though. what you think it needs to fix it? thats pretty much perfect for what im looking for though.

well with the mileage lower the 3.1 5spd is a really nice motor

umm dude you dont have a clue about those do you… i know tons of people that have had those engines into the 200k range. i had my old 3.1 cutlass to 280+ before someone hit me and totalled the car…

yeah the 3.1 and the 2.5 like in my truck are both good beater motors.
