but wait, doesnt he have to pay taxes on all this stuff too? i heard that on these shows, you dont get the prizes until you pay the taxes on them first? any truth to that? ---

As for a cash prize ofcourse half of it is gone to taxes right away. Paying the taxes on a prize car is why most people who win cars sell them. ---
