from that article _“We need the police to regularly and frequently patrol the area to serve as a deterrent to crime,”_ Must say, I never felt safer in my life after my neighbor’s house was broken into. There was a police car creeping down the street every time I looked out my window day and night for about 2.5 weeks. Needless to say I haven’t seen one since. ---
