i disagree with the black culture part…being gangster is a sense of having power & control over certian things including others lives. Color & Ethnicity does NOT play a part in this…italians have the mafia, russians have the mobs, spanish people have their own type of mafias,chinese have the triads,americans have “gangs”…gangsters are an american thing…it’s not cool outside of this country…because outside of the Mighty America you die for acting like that without the actions to back your mouth.

i agree with what your saying and i dont mean to make it seem that blacks are the only culture creating gangstas or is a problem lol, its just more prevalent in their case because they listen to rap and idolize the black rapper/gangsta lifestyle. They for some reason started acting like they are bad ass kids when really they have no reason for it. i find that funny.
