# Harness draining battery

i just put on my hatch and hooked up the wires to the harness. (the harness for the hatch)anyways i think this is draing my battery does it have to be in any particular order. i taped the end of the ground wire found under the headliner. can anyone assist me on this . sorry if i am not making sense.
