You would be asked to leave at the PF near me. > > Seriously, Best Fitness is probably one of the best places in the area. Golds in Latham is good too. I used to workout there heavily but it’s so far from my house compared to PF which is literally a rock throws distance. def not a weekend but i agree its not hard to get but youve got to be dedicated to attain it which was the motive for mentioning it. Well I’ve worked out at loudonville, rotterdam and the x gates one and never heard a word from anyone… maybe becuase i go at night? who knows. What I DO know is #1 Im not changing my life around to work out at a gym thats only open until 9pm or even earlier? and #2 im not driving 15+ miles out of my way to do the same exact workouts I would at my 1.5 mile gym. A gym is a gym, a workout is a workout, end of story. Watch the ni99as on youtube all jacked up from monkey bars in the park… It’s not how you reach your goals as long as you do. My friend Jeremy worked at best, its fine, nothing wrong but nothing that would make me go out of my way. --- _[View the full topic](https://forums.speedlife.net/t/has-anyone-been-to-the-pf-at-xgate-commons/259076)._
