# having trouble with mp3 player

ok here is the run down. i have a sandisk sansa e260 v2 and i just bought a 4 gig micro sd card for it. But every time i try to use the sd card on the mp3 player it freezes about 1/4 of the way from done please help me nerds!

Freezes 1/4 way from done of what?
Formatting the card?

I’d format the card…is there an option to do so in the Mp3 player? If not format it via computer
