pricing is different on different heads and what you need done. i know Domination did a set on sonofabish car and he liked the results. how hard is it to send jay a PM

Someone can correct me, but I don’t think it’s technically considered porting. They run a gritty mixture through the passages under pressure. There’s no (or very little) control on where the material is removed. Personally I would only use that process to polish, not to port. And for the price it doesn’t seem worth it. My $0.02.

they can do some good “porting” with that stuff. it is considered porting because it removes material to make the ports and runners bigger. Its reallly effective with TPI runner tube setups. the material they use really opens up the holes in runner tubes and the TPI bases. and it does smooth it out nicely
It is also pretty good on other intakes as well.
Heads tho, i’m not sure how they do those, or if they can do those. they probly could but a port job via grinder is probly the better bet because you can control it better.

Extrude hone if very nice. Since air flows just like a fluid, which is what extrude hone is, it will remove the most material where flow is impeaded the most. The poor flowing spots push into the gritty extrude hone harder getting smoother out more.
