well basically my heat kinda crapped out the other day… for about a week there it would only work if i had it on setting 4 ( the highest) but just recently non-of it works… I still get hot air coming from the dash … but nothing out of the vents. I’m almost 100% sure its something to do with that box with the switches… any ideas? ---

when you say its your heat do you mean its not blowin out or its not hot because you said it would only work on four. if it only works on 4 check your resistor for the blower motor. if thats good check out the fan itself ---

I had the same problem… new resistor for the blower motor fixed it. Jason ---

I have the EXACT same problem at the moment, only 4 will work. Which resistor is this? Where is it located? ---

I have the same problem right now it is the resistors/ . my altima had the excate same problem and my dad paid 60$ installed to get it replaced appently its behind the glove box!! ( im not 100% sure ) ---

thanks a lot guys ! Tomorrow i’m heading down to nissan to order the part, After its installed i’ll post up if it worked or not. Hopefully I’ have the pleasure of having heat once again. ---
