I Dont know what your problem is recently with other peopleās carsā¦ jesus
sort of on topic:
If youāre going to get tokicos , make sure you get blues
any strut will blow out after a while when theyāre lowered a lot, a bunch of people with hondas have run GR2s with 2-3inch lowering springs with success, obv the AGXs are better, but a little more expensive
if youāre going to drop dime on Koniās u might as well get full coilovers lol.
I want to lower my cavy, it has WAY to much wheel gap.

Yeah, those are the ones I would get. It sucks I got ripped off and Iām stuck with a stock suspension still but they wouldnāt of lasted long anyways.
And if you think your wheel gap is badā¦

proof that a drop would blow shocks?
makes no sense, sorry.
(Maaaaaybe on old shocks where the shaft has gooves from wear, which when lowered might rub on the seals causing a leak)

Hondaās are way different than Jās, youād be lucky to make it 2 months on GR2ās and sportlines, which are a 1.7 and 2.3" drop.
Thats the one good thing about how heavy my car is compared to the base cavs, it sits about half an inch lower, haha

Thanks, Iāll have to shoot him a PM. Iām also on quad4forums and JBO, so Iāve pretty much got it figured out, the hardest part is finding the damn head.

With the correct struts it will be fine and last forever. KYB guarantees their AGXās for life with the Pro-kit, but the OEM replacement struts for this platform get dangerous very quickly with a drop.
My car was on GR2ās and Sportlines when I bought itā¦ talk about harsh, they came off real quick. The struts were most definitely blown.

i can fit 2 fists on top of each other in the upright postion on mine lol, my tires are also like 195/75/15s tho i think, so if i had a smaller tire it would be a lot more.
itās so dissatifying going from a decently lowered honda to all this wheel gap on my cavalier ā¹

I almost did the secret cams, but decided it wasnt really worth the hassle for that little of a power gain. W41 cams should bump me up to about 200hp and they looooove boost.
