# Hello.There are some problems in my car.

It previously had the fuel pump and the filter replaced and the starter.I found the dtc- p0110 after putting the ecu in diagnostic mode.  
I am also not getting fuel in the throat.It is getting to the engine.Got a weird noise as I try to crank it.Bad IAT switch? I am not sure.How about the O2 sensors?  
I don’t know if i can fix it myself.Should I buy a diagnostic tool nissan consult 4 from xcardiag suggest by my friend?
