# help? flywheel/pressure plate

hey guys…
i picked up a 5 speed swap a while back, everything was included which was a plus. but the flywheel and pressure plate are rusty… i was thinkin i should be able to reuse them… what do u think?
rusty okay? or should i get a new one clutch kit?
im hopeing to reuse it since the 5spd is just for now… like 5 months TOPS!

give it a quick scuff with some fine sandpaper or an emry cloth or something, if the rust comes off i’d use it… if there are pits in the metal get the flywheel resurfaced or a new PP.

thanks man, i got an allignment tool and stuff… so close to the 5spd 🙂
