8mpg? Maybe sbradys Twinturbo one. I drove one on loaner for 2 weeks and got 20+ on highway and about 15 around town being an asshole.

You can add a catback, intake and a tuner and itll be good enough for mid 12’s area, jse. Check one out. Srtbeast on here has a pretty much stock one im sure hed let you check out.

Pirelli ice and snows come in a 20 inch tire. As well as few blizzaks. Mopar also has a winter tire and wheel package for it.
