harry’s is probably the best in the buffalo area as far as waterfront places go. there are much better non-waterfront restaurants though.

how come explain…i checked the reviews on some websites and for the most part they gave it a 4 or 5 star rating

because i didnt think the piece of steak and undercooked potato i got was worth $29. but yes the view is nice.
