# help me out with a little home project of mine

i want to re-create something this basically

but i just dont know how to get the ball to rotate slowly like that, where can i find a low RPM small electric motor that can rotate up to 16lbs?

everything else i can do fine but im just stuck on this

Um really? Grab a power wheels motor. Another good source of a motor would probably be an old seiling fan, or old broken microwave (with the rotating plate thingy. I would recomend some type of reduction drive. even if its just a simple belt. As far as speed you can always use a dimer switch. kind of rudementary but it works.
