# HELP V. veiwing attachments

i am having a problem veiwing some attachments that my company sends to me via email. some work some dont. i click the attachment, and a window comes up, “save” or “open” for the ones that dont work i try both, but the another window coems up, asking what program to use to open it.

is there anything i can do/ download to fix this? they are very important attachments, and quick help is VERY appreciated.

save the file to your desktop

open excel, and open the file through excel
