# Help! Valve seat machining, replacement advice needed.

Hey,

Somedude suggested I post here for some help. I didn’t post in a long time but here is what is going on.

Water pump on a 2002 A4 went bad, somehow slipped and ended up bending just one intake valve and only on one cylinder. I got the heads off and got new parts but can’t go forth with the fix because the valve seat is damaged.

The damage is not that bad and I think that lapping, sanding, honing, machining would fix it. I called many places but they are closed.

I need advice and any suggestions to places that can do it today or tomorrow.

I use Klispies in Hamburg. I doubt Sunday, maybe today.
