PJB again posts a hundred times in a thread completely off topic… Thanks for the PM guys… Id say I have enough options at this point so the thread can be locked if a mod reads this. To each of you that Pm’d… A little backround: Our last guy was with us 3 years and we let him go when it was time to stop buying and flipping. He worked all but 7 weeks in those 3 years… We decided to gamble again and start buying again. The current project is limited in scope and really just needs outside clean up , dock kelp, deck help, and some limited carpentry. This can be done on weekends, and probably only have 40-80 hours of total work there. After that is some random stuff located at different locations. Basically cleaning up and finishing up random stuff at random locations. Starting in about a month we have a complete rehab of a 2400 sq ft house in a great neighborhood in Rotterdam. Needs alot of tile work, wood floor refinishing, carpets, paint, cooktop / in wall oven, plumbing fictures, electrical updates, tree and bush removeal, deck staining etc. The basement is to be gutted completely. We will hire professionals where our guy meets a limitation (I.E. electric panel upgrade) The house is clean, but needs a complete update. Some tasks will be hourly, and some paid by the task itself for an agreed price (often benificial tothe worker in that case). Also, likely to start about the same time is another complete gut, of a dirty house, in Bethlehem. Lots of small trees and yardwork… along with a complete exterior paint (may have to wait till spring for good weather on the external paint). I seem to have a few potential people to choose from for full time, and too many for weekend stuff. I will be in touch in the next few days with those that Pm’d me. Sometimes you would be alone, other times with a group of others. My brother has a handful of employees available in the winter when the snow is not flying so I will go to them for a fair share. We need a " right hand man" that could be sent anywhere at anytime and handle basic stuff. Thanks again eveyone. I will post again if nothing works out with those that have already Pm’d me.
