Tony, I will need pavement, but maybe not till spring. We build our own walls and have bobcats/kibotas etc. PM me price per sq ft, no rip out, just shav,stone and 2" minimum. Probably have between 1500-2500 sq ft, currently a gravel drive… old. Carpet I will need a quote on soon… Notorious B I G I have enough labors to choose from now. Thanks everyone. I will be in touch with a few of you in the weeks that follow. Bakerian, yes, we are updateing the lake house and just install a $20k septic that took 9 months to get approved (on lake makes it a PIA). Also has brand new well. ---
