Thanks Ry, best I can do is offer you a 4% one time showing commission. I have a nice place on the water in Saratoga on Ballston Lake, $275k. Not listed. 3 br 1.5 ba, 3 car garage, 300 x 50 ft lot… new siding and windows. Etc Etc
