are they going to tote these things around in a trailer just hoping they get a “runner” so they can bust them out and chase him down? seriously, give them fucking bicycles if you want them to have anything. much cheaper and it will keep them somewhat in shape. ---

now how are they going to get the scooter to the scene to chase down the criminal? trailor? is a cop going to sit on it while they tow it there…or are they going to ride the POS across town at 20mph ---
