lol back in the day, racers used to rent a shelby, and swap the enigine into their own mustang for race day, beatthe living piss out of it on the track, then swap the engine back into the rental car and return it many of those cars had like 60k on the chasiss and 300k on the engine, lol ---

anyone else see the article in the USA today about the new ford mustang “Gt-H” available ONLY to rent from hertz? EDIT: \<----owned, i didnt realize it was a “shelby” and thought this was about a different car, disregaurd me ---

yeah i was gonna bring that up about Hertz history of renting Shelby Mustangs. im suprised they r still gonna do it this day and age though. whatever it’s cool none the less. ---

Thats awesome that they are really going to do that. They hinted at it when they announced that they were going to be building a shelby mustang when the new chasis came out, but I just figured that was all talk. awesome :tup: :tup: ---
