how? if the latch busts or something, the hood just chills there
unlike forward opening hoods that bend back and break your windshield

when was the last time you saw that happen though?
forward opening hoods leave you 30% less space with which you can work over the engine bay, since you cant from the front.

i agree, i always hated the forward opening hood on my E30.

they def leave you less space, i agree. but i just pop the thing off. but also its a rwd car, so the motor sits the long way, so you can get at anything you need
happened to my buddy coming back from canada couple months ago, his hood popped up and smashed his windshield. happened to carnut when he used to have an old skool accord. happens to people all over the place
my 240z is that way too. I’ll probably get that up on hood pins or something
