hey, i figured i’d sign up here since i have a lot of free time and car forums always fill that space nicely. at the moment i have no car, just a 1988 honda crx that i have been “working on” for a while. since i had no actual experience doing any automotive work, it looks like hell on earth :D. well, here is how i got it and how it looks at the moment…(feel free to point out everything wrong with it haha)

haha oh do i wish… i’m just trying to get her on the road at the moment… so i need the normal stuff, like hood, steering wheel and exhaust hs. maybe later in the future 🙂

ah yes i know. not all of my cars will be though, and i got this just because it was there and i wanted a car haha. so i am working with what i go so far.

oh i payed next to nothing for it, don’t worry guys. it’s just something fun to do and it has been up until the “holy shit it’s cold out” part. so now i’m not sure what to do, if i get the parts i need i will work on it in the freezing cold though. if anyone would happen to have crx/civic parts, shoot me a PM 😃

haha man, i was looking at that a while ago, just something to do for fun and experience and i happened to find it on HMT : [Turbo Project 14b](http://www.homemadeturbo.com/turbo_projects/d15b2/)

just for fun, i will show a small (i have a LOT of pictures of process) time line of from when i got the car to how it is now :D. and just remember, this is a project done with little to no money put into it.
^^how the car stood when i first got her, poor little honda ☹
^^ yes, i know nothing about sanding/painting but what the hell, i gave it a shot.
^^ previous owner did this himself, not sure why but whatever 😃
^^ ballin’! those are the '82 prelude wheels that came with it heh
^^ just a shot of the bondo that was put over it when he attempted to shave all of the mouldings for some reason
^^“prepped for paint!”
^^ not bad for a rattle can job, at least i think so haha
^^ side shot of the “paint job”, and yes, the paper is very reflective.
^^ somewhat less dangerous i believe.
and that’s all for now… since winter hit it has been hard to do anything. been trying to fix the fenders and hood and try to find random parts. so, let me know what you think of it. again, i’m no pro and it is my first car/project/time doing anything on a car. constructive criticism is best :).
