like the title states i have a 9mm rifle with case, crosman laser pointer on the end a tasco scope 2 and a half boxes of amo and one clip asking 350 its only been fired a hand full of times entertain trades of mig welders? or mac laptops ---

I’m assuming it takes 9mm piston rounds? If so would I be able to purchase ammo without a NYS pistol license? ---

You should be able to. Some places won’t just to cover their asses though. If that’s the case, I think I have a box or two of 9MM laying around, or try [cheaperthandirt.com](http://cheaperthandirt.com) or Cabela’s. ---

pretty sure you can buy it at walmart if your 21+, but dont quote me on that since i never have. ---

yes it takes 9mm ammo and ive bought 9mm at dicks just hollow point i think they wont sell you without a permit ---

walmart wont sell pistol caliber ammo without pistol permit. even though its not the law, it must be there policy. ---

When I bought the gun it was 380 plus 120 for the scope and 55 for the laser 45 for 3 boxes of ammo that there are still two boxes left of so please stop with the useless posts if ur not going to buy anything thanks ---
